Your first proper website — a four-page profile built to win work, not to sit there.
A website that wins work. A store that sells. A system that takes hours off your team. Our team is not only engineers — brand and marketing consultants shape every project, so what we ship is built to convert, not just to function. Held to a global standard. Fixed price, named delivery date.
Web, mobile, desktop, cloud and AI — built from the ground up on a modern stack, and wired into the systems you already use.
Built around one job: turning a visitor into an enquiry. We plan the journey, write the copy and design the page to persuade — not a brochure with a contact form.
Merchandising and checkout designed to lift conversion, with every gateway and courier wired in so waybills, tracking and WhatsApp updates happen without you touching a thing.
iOS and Android from one codebase, designed around real user behaviour and priced by what the app truly does — never by selling you a stripped-back version first.
Quoting, jobs, stock, staff and reporting in one place — the system that replaces the spreadsheets and the four apps that don't talk to each other.
Support that answers at 2am. Quotes generated from a photo. Invoices read automatically. Built into the workflow, not bolted on as a gimmick.
Your own model, trained on your own data, running on your own infrastructure. For businesses where the data can never leave the building.
Every price is published up front — so you know where you stand before you call us.
Most studios hand you a working website. Working is the floor, not the goal. Our team includes brand and marketing consultants alongside the engineers — so strategy, positioning and conversion are designed in from day one.
Work out what the platform actually has to achieve — leads, orders, hours saved — before anyone designs a screen.
Make sure you look like the company you want to be taken for, consistently, everywhere a customer meets you.
Shape the journey, the offer and the copy so the traffic you pay for turns into customers, not bounces.
Build it properly — fast, secure, integrated and maintainable — to the standard a global product company would set.
We don't benchmark against the agency down the road. We benchmark against the best product teams in the world — on technology, on craft, and above all on the value the finished thing returns to you. That standard is the point of the company.
We would rather build something that genuinely moves your numbers and keep you for a decade than win a once-off invoice. Consulting is part of every build, not a separate line item — because a platform that doesn't perform is a cost, however well it is coded.
A personal profile site and a multi-branch logistics platform get the same engineering standard. Only the scope changes.

Consultants, creatives, coaches and professionals who need to look as good as they are.
From R5 900
Every gateway, every courier, stock synced to your accounting — the shop that runs itself.
From R9 900
Multiple sections, events, giving, media libraries and a blog — everything in one place.
From R45 000
Dispatch, routing, driver apps, proof of delivery and live tracking for customers.
From R15 900
Multi-branch sites, staff and client portals, CRM and ERP integration, multi-language.
From R500 000
Custom models trained on your own data, running inside your own infrastructure.
No three-week discovery phase. No account manager forwarding your emails. No invoice that grew while you weren't looking.

We do not bill you to talk about the work. One short call establishes what you need, and a fixed quote follows within a day. Everything after that is building.
Custom design, copywriting, SEO, POPIA, speed engineering, integrations, a month of support and your first year of hosting all ship inside the build. Other studios line-item every one of them.

We benchmark our work against the best product teams in the world — on technology, on craft, and above all on the value it returns you. Not against the agency down the road.
Live in two days from sign-off. No rush fee — that is simply our speed.
We don't cap revisions. We cap scope, then work until you sign off.

We are not a requirements-gathering business. We ask the questions that genuinely change the outcome, make a strong recommendation, and then execute it properly — so you spend your time running your company while we build something that pays you back.
We are not the cheapest quote you will get. We are the one where nothing is missing from it — and where the number on the quote is the number on the invoice.
Priced the way the rest of the market prices each piece.
Skynat Labs was built by assembling people, not by filling desks. Our team works from Johannesburg and Cape Town, selected against the same bar a global product company would set.

Head office, client delivery and project leadership.

Design, front-end engineering and brand work.
A small, senior team with no layers between you and the people building means decisions happen in hours, not weeks. It is why a five-day website is a real schedule rather than a marketing line.
The value you get here is what other agencies charge premium rates for. We keep the price down by removing overhead — not by cutting corners on the engineering, and never by handing your project to a junior.
Skynat started from a conviction: that businesses here deserve technology built to the same standard as anywhere in the world, and that software should be judged on what it returns you — not on how impressive it sounds. Everything on this site follows from that.
Watch on YouTube →Six steps from first contact to live. No discovery invoice, no endless consultations — we ask what changes the build, then get on with it.
What you need, what it must integrate with, what success looks like. No slide deck, no sales sequence, no charge. You leave the call knowing the price.
Day 0 · FreeA line-itemed quote with a written scope, a delivery date and a plain-English list of what is not included — usually within one working day.
Day 1 · Price lockedYou sign the scope and pay half. That books your slot in the schedule and starts the clock on the delivery date in your contract.
Day 1 · Slot bookedWe design the real thing with your real content, then build it — gateways, couriers, WhatsApp, analytics, POPIA and speed work included. Staging link from day two.
Days 1–6 · Unlimited revisionsWe go live, hand over every credential and file in your name, and record a walkthrough for your team. The balance is due on handover — after you have seen it working.
Day 5–7 · 30 days supportYour first year of hosting is on us. After that, care plans from R450 a month keep it fast, patched and backed up — optional, because you own every part of it.
Year one · Hosting freeSpeed is a ranking factor, a conversion factor and an ad-cost factor. We treat it as part of the build, not an optimisation you pay for later.
Every spacing decision, every colour, every line of copy on this site was made deliberately — because the work we hand you is held to exactly the same standard.
Products designed, built, shipped and supported by our team — running in production today.
Multi-camera switching, live audio processing, GPU encoding and 4K multistreaming to every platform at once — with its own licensing, accounts and dual-currency checkout. Ships on macOS and Windows and updates itself.
Full catalogue across panels, inverters and batteries, a sizing calculator that turns a monthly bill into a recommended system, quote capture and WhatsApp as a first-class channel.
Quoting, invoicing, inventory with reorder alerts, fleet and proof of delivery, VAT and bank reconciliation — with an AI assistant that does the admin. Every website we build can plug straight into it.
Referral attribution, tiered commission structures, ambassador dashboards and automated payout runs. The unglamorous logic that has to be exactly right every time, because it moves money.
The number on your quote is the number on your invoice. Scope changes are quoted before any work happens.
A delivery date in the contract. Miss it and you don't pay full price — 10% off for every day we are late.
We don't cap revisions. We cap scope, then work until you are happy with it.
Every site ships at 90 or better on mobile PageSpeed, or we keep optimising free until it does.
Code, design files, domain, hosting and admin access — handed over at launch, not on request.
Every website build includes a year of managed hosting. One less invoice while you find your feet.
Half up front to book the slot. The rest only once you have seen it working.
Compliance, SSL, backups and hardening are part of the build, never an upsell afterwards.
A free 15-minute call and a line-itemed quote with a delivery date on it — usually within one working day.
Fully custom design, copy written for you, and a structure built around one job: turning a visitor into an enquiry, a booking or an order. No templates, no page builders, no "that isn't possible".
All prices exclude VAT. 50% on signature to book your slot, balance on handover. Every package includes a free first year of managed hosting, and every package can be connected to your CRM or business management software.
Every site and store we build can plug straight into your CRM or business management software — so an enquiry becomes a lead, a lead becomes a quote, and a quote becomes an invoice without anyone re-typing anything.
We recommend Skynat Flow, our own platform: quoting, invoicing, customer records, stock, fleet, VAT and bank reconciliation, with an AI assistant that does the admin. Already running something else? We integrate that instead.
Every enquiry, quote request and booking flows straight into your pipeline.
Turn an enquiry into a quote, and a quote into an invoice, without leaving the system.
Store orders, stock levels and deliveries kept in sync automatically.
HubSpot, Xero, Sage, Zoho or a custom ERP — if it has an API, we connect it.
Every page written for you, in your voice, structured to convert. Most studios bill this by the word or leave you to do it — which is why so many sites launch late.
Two rounds is the industry standard. We don't count. We agree the scope up front, then work until you sign off on it.
Managed hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring and updates — free for your first year on every website build.
Privacy policy, consent handling and cookie notice, done properly. Commonly a paid add-on — with us it is part of building a site that collects a name and an email.
90+ mobile PageSpeed guaranteed. Faster sites rank higher, convert better and cost less per click on Google Ads.
Code, design files, domain and hosting account in your name at launch. No monthly plan holding your business hostage.
Most online stores in South Africa are a shop front bolted onto a manual business — orders copied into a courier portal, waybills typed out, customers chasing tracking numbers. We build the other kind.
All prices exclude VAT. Gateway and courier accounts are opened in your name — we set them up, you own them. Loading your catalogue is scoped on the free call: where a supplier feed or an existing site exists we usually handle it inside the build; a large hand-built catalogue is quoted separately, so you only pay for what it actually takes.
Not a feature list — the actual services we connect, test and hand over working.
Run more than one and you stop losing the customers who won't use a card.
Live rates at checkout, waybills generated automatically, tracking pushed to your customer.
Orders, invoices and stock levels flowing both ways, so nobody re-types anything.
Where South African customers actually are, connected to where your orders live.
An MVP is usually a way to charge you twice — once for a cut-down version, and again for the real one. We price by what your app actually has to do, and build that properly the first time. iOS and Android from one codebase, both store submissions handled by us.
We already run our own applications in production — a broadcast studio on two operating systems, a multi-tenant business platform with live billing, a delivery platform. Your build starts from engineering we have already proven, which is why it is quicker and why the date holds.
Database separated from application, security baseline, clean deployment, structured for growth. Not a template on shared hosting that cannot be fixed later without a rewrite.
We are not starting from an empty folder. Core systems — accounts, payments, dispatch, tracking — are already built and proven, then customised to you.
Scope, price and delivery date agreed up front in writing. No hourly surprises, no change-order theatre, no quote that grows while you are not looking.
We write the copy, design the screens, build the admin, handle both app store submissions and set up the infrastructure. You approve. That is the whole of your job.
Industry estimates are compiled from published South African agency pricing guides (October 2026) and describe the market generally, not any single competitor. Our figures are starting points, exclusive of VAT. Your figure is the one on your written quote, fixed against a written scope.
Sermons, giving, events, groups, push announcements and a member directory. One app, one audience, done properly.

Being materially cheaper is not the argument — it is the consequence. We already run our own software in production, so a client build starts from proven engineering rather than an empty folder. You are paying for what is left to do, not for work we have already done once.
Every platform we build is architected to scale. You pay for the capacity you need today — and because it was built correctly, adding capacity later is a configuration change, not a rebuild.
Our largest build. A full operations platform for a business running stock, vehicles and people across multiple sites — with the scanners on the floor and the systems you already use wired into one picture.
Builds at this level begin with a paid discovery, credited in full against the build. You receive a fixed written quote, a delivery plan and a named team before any development starts.
A free 15-minute call, then a written quote with a fixed price and a delivery date. Most people have both within one working day.
Custom systems built around how your business actually works — quoting, jobs, stock, fleet, staff, compliance and reporting in one place, on the web and on the desktop.
Excludes VAT. Systems above R30 000 begin with a paid discovery of R4 500, credited in full against the build.
We have built for broadcast, solar, logistics, retail and finance. The stack changes; the standard doesn't.
Dispatch, routing, proof of delivery, driver apps, tracking.
Stock, POS sync, multi-branch pricing, courier automation.
Streaming, giving, member management, rosters, events.
Quoting, time, invoicing, client portals, document handling.
Job cards, site photos, materials, compliance, scheduling.
Sizing calculators, quotes, installations, monitoring.
Bookings, records, reminders, billing, POPIA-grade security.
Enrolment, learning platforms, assessments, parent portals.
Not a chatbot in the corner that annoys your customers. AI wired into the part of your business that costs you hours — quoting, support, admin, data capture — and measured on what it saves.
Trained on your products, policies and past tickets. Answers what it knows, hands over what it doesn't, and logs everything.
From R9 900 →Supplier invoices, delivery notes, applications and ID documents turned into structured data in your system. No capturing.
From R14 900 →A customer sends a picture of a roof, a part or a room. Your system sizes it, prices it and sends the quote before you have read the message.
From R24 900 →Customers describe what they need in their own words and find the right product — instead of leaving because they spelled it differently.
From R9 900 →Bookings taken, orders captured and calls triaged by an agent that never queues anyone and writes it all into your system.
From R29 900 →Any of the above can ride along on a website, store, app or system we are already building for you — priced as a module, not a separate project.
Added on →AI modules exclude VAT and usage costs, which we forecast for you before you commit.
For organisations where the data can never leave your control — finance, healthcare, legal, government and defence-adjacent work. We train a model on your material and run it inside your infrastructure.
Your documents, your case history, your terminology and your way of writing — so the answers sound like your organisation, not like the internet.
On-premise, in your private cloud or in a sovereign South African region. Nothing is sent to a third-party API unless you choose it.
Full audit trail of every prompt and response, role-based access, retention rules and a human-review path for anything high-stakes.
We build a test set from your real cases and measure accuracy before it goes anywhere near a customer or a decision.
Excludes VAT, GPU hosting and licensing. Every engagement begins with a paid discovery, credited against the build.
Anyone can show a portfolio of sites they handed over and forgot. These are products our team designed, built, shipped and supports in production — which means we live with every decision in them.
Multi-camera switching, live audio processing with a full console, GPU encoding, 4K multistreaming to every platform at once, and its own licensing, accounts and dual-currency checkout. Ships on macOS and Windows, updates itself, and has been in production with live audiences since launch.
A full catalogue across panels, inverters and batteries, a solar sizing calculator that turns a monthly bill into a recommended system, quote capture, case studies with real generation figures, and WhatsApp as a first-class channel.
Quoting, invoicing, customer records, inventory with reorder alerts, fleet and proof of delivery, VAT and bank reconciliation — with an AI assistant that creates quotes and chases customers by voice or text. Multi-tenant, four subscription tiers, live billing.
Referral attribution, tiered commission structures, ambassador dashboards, and automated payout runs. The unglamorous logic that has to be exactly right every single time, because it moves money.
We will walk you through any of these live on a call — the code, the admin, the parts that were hard. It is a faster way to judge a studio than a portfolio page.
Book a walkthrough →WhatsApp us →Skynat Labs is a South African software company. We did not hire to fill desks — we selected people against the bar a global product company would set, and then built a business around what that team can do.

Head office. Client delivery, project leadership and commercial.

Design, brand and front-end engineering.
Most agencies put a salesperson in front of you and an unnamed team behind them. Here you deal with the people doing the work, and you know who they are.
Founded Skynat Labs and writes code on every project. Designed, built and still operates the company’s own products — a broadcast studio shipping on macOS and Windows with its own licensing and dual-currency checkout, a multi-tenant business platform with live billing, and the delivery and ride-hailing platforms.
Accountable for what gets delivered, and the person you speak to first.
Interface design across every build, and the consulting side of a project — how the product should work before anyone writes code for it.
Works on screens, flows and the decisions that come before them.
Application and platform engineering across web, mobile and the systems underneath them.
Builds and maintains what ships.
Application and platform engineering, infrastructure and the integrations that connect a build to the systems a client already runs.
Builds and maintains what ships.
Quotes, billing, project accounting and the commercial side of every engagement.
Handles the paperwork so a project never stalls on it.
Every product on our work page was built by this team and is still run by us. That is the only credential we think is worth much — software that is live, paid for and supported, not a portfolio of sites handed over and forgotten.
A short film on how we think about technology, and what we set out to do for the organisations we work with. It is the clearest answer we can give to "who are these people, and why should I trust them with this?"

Our engineers work to the standard a global product company would expect. What keeps the price down is the absence of overhead — not junior developers, not shortcuts, and never handing your project to whoever happens to be free.
The value you receive from us is what other agencies charge a premium for. We have deliberately built the business so we can hold that standard and still quote a number a small South African company can actually say yes to.
One free 15-minute call is usually enough. We ask the questions that genuinely change the build, make a firm recommendation, and then go and execute it properly. You should be running your company, not sitting in workshops about your website.
We aim for the best design, the best solution and the best outcome we can produce for the brief — not the fastest thing that passes. Then we keep revising until you sign it off, because that is how the project was priced from the start.
Fifteen minutes, free, no sales sequence. You will leave the call knowing what it costs and how long it takes.

Every website and store build includes a free first year of managed hosting — care plans only start in year two. The terms on which Skynat Labs quotes for and delivers work. Your signed quote and scope document take precedence over anything on this page.
Last updated 26 September 2026
Prices shown on this website are starting prices, exclusive of VAT, and indicate what a typical project of that type costs. Your actual price is the figure on your written quote, fixed against a written scope. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and in advance — we do not add charges without your agreement.
Unless your quote says otherwise, 50% is payable on signature to book your delivery slot and the balance on handover. Projects above R30 000 begin with a paid discovery, which is credited in full against the build.
Your contract carries a delivery date. That date runs from the moment the scope is signed and the content and access we have asked for are supplied. Where we miss a date for reasons within our control, the reduction stated in your contract applies. Delays caused by late content, late feedback or third-party approvals move the date accordingly.
We do not cap revisions within the agreed scope; we revise until you sign off. A change of direction, a new page or a new feature after sign-off is new scope and is quoted separately.
On final payment, ownership of what we build for you transfers to you: your application, all customisations and configuration made for your project, your content and data, your branding, your domain and your hosting account. You may take it to another developer at any time. We retain the right to describe the work and show it in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.
Some projects are built on frameworks, libraries and components we developed before your project began, including our own software products. These remain our property. Where any of it forms part of what we deliver to you, you receive a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive licence to use it as part of your application, at no further cost and with no restriction on how you operate or modify your application. We may continue to use and develop those same underlying components in our own products and for other clients. Nothing in this paragraph limits your ownership of your own application, data or branding, and nothing in it locks you in.
Where a package includes a first year of hosting, that covers standard managed hosting of the site we built. Support included after launch is stated on your quote. Care plans are month-to-month and may be cancelled on 30 days' notice; because you own the site, you may move it elsewhere at any time.
You confirm you have the right to use the content, logos and material you supply, and that it infringes no one else's rights. You are responsible for the lawful operation of the finished platform, including any regulatory or licensing requirements specific to your industry.
We are liable for defects in our workmanship and will correct them. To the extent the law permits, our total liability in respect of a project is limited to the fees paid to us for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
